Job Description
We have a number of exciting opportunities available for Pensions Administrators to work with a Pensions consultancy in Liverpool on a hybrid basis.
The business provides technology solutions as well as consultancy and third party administration services to both public and private sector clients and cover both DB and DC pensions administration.
For the first 4 weeks this will require regular time in the office each week but after that it offers a lot of flexibility with 1 day a week in the office.
You will get to provide high quality pensions administration service to members and trustees, working on a portfolio of different DB/DC/Hybrid schemes.
Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, in particular DB (Defined Benefit) schemes.
Responsibilities will include
1. Accurately maintaining and updating member records.
2. Communicating with clients and scheme members on complex pensions queries
3. Gaining detailed understanding of scheme details and rules
4. Performing complex pensions calculations using both automated and non-automated system processes across a wide range of member or scheme events.
5. Processing member events including Retirements, Deaths, Early leavers, Transfers In, Transfers Out and Illustrative quotations.
