We are looking for a bold data-driven Paid Search (PPC) Manager who is ready of taking calculated risks to grow the business to new heights. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level. You will be a valued part of the Marketing Team and will have an impact on the product, and its conversion funnel through close cooperation with product managers, designers, and other acquisition specialists.

What will you be responsible for?
6. Development and execution of paid search strategy for one of our products;
7. Creating and managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads;
8. Supporting your search campaigns with display and retargeting campaigns;
9. Optimizing PPC campaigns in order to maximize profitability;
10. Analysis and reporting on campaign performance while delivering clear takeaways, spotting optimization opportunities and planning next steps:Identification of growth opportunities to maximize profit;Suggesting, launching, and analyzing qualitative metrics improvement tests;
11. Ad copywriting and editing, cooperation with designers for getting ad assets done/approved;
12. Working together with the Product Team to improve landing pages and conversion funnel.
Skills & qualities needed:
13. 3+ years of successful experience managing performance-based campaigns in Google Ads (with a proven track record)
14. Experience working with the US and other English-speaking markets
15. Experience in managing large budgets and large amounts of data
16. Strong analytical skills: in-depth understanding of campaign measurement, proven ability to analyze and interpret data and arrive at a so what conclusion
17. Comprehensive knowledge of A/B split testing and statistics
18. High proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
19. Deep understanding of how to optimize CPA for profit maximizationYou know exactly how to improve QS and increase IS in Google Ads
20. Ad copywriting and editing skills
21. Previous experience in LP optimization, a basic understanding of UX
22. Excellent prioritization and project management skills
23. Desire to come up with solutions for the work challenges (rather than problems)
24. English - Intermediate and higher
As a plus:
25. Knowledge and understanding of user tracking, measurement and attribution with Google and other tools
26. Experience with GDN, video or social media ads
