What the Job Involves Located in the Westminster Council Assessment Team, this full-time office-based role requires you to manage a caseload of 8-12 families, conducting thorough risk assessments and interventions. You will prepare court reports, provide expert testimony, and participate in Child Protection (CP) conferences, and Children in Need (CIN) meetings. You'll work directly with children and families to address issues of extra-familial harm, including Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), while collaborating with partner agencies. Accurate and timely record-keeping using Mosaic is preferred. The role adheres to safer recruitment practices, requiring a full checkable work history.
