Leadership Role: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the strategic direction for the sales team, aligning it with the company's broader objectives.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and delivering Hale's customized staffing solutions.
* Acquire new clients to expand Hale's customer base.
* Partner with the executive team to identify and integrate best practices in Hale's recruitment processes.
* Set up and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team productivity and ensure success.
* Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to US legal regulations and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in the recruitment industry, regardless of sector.
* Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience.
* Previous management experience is a plus, but not essential. Senior Consultants looking to step into management are encouraged to apply.
