We are going through an exciting period of growth which has resulted in new vacancies within our Account Management team.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for successfully targeting, engaging, and bringing onboard new clients as well as managing and growing existing accounts
* Work successfully with our internal team to meet the needs of both the business and our clients to maximise client engagement and enhance the customer experience
* Forecast and track key metrics and undertake regular reporting both internally and externally
* Manage and coordinate efficient onboarding processes with the clients; both externally and internally
* Active monitoring of the cost efficiency and overall performance of the various clients
* Maintain a high level of contact with customers, prospects and introducers
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Account Manager, or equivalent role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening and organisational abilities
* Proven ability to manage multiple client’s whist maintaining a sharp attention to detail
* Experience within the property industry would be desirable but not essential

An attractive basic salary of £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience. OTE circa £80k
