This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Human Resource professional to join a multidisciplinary team supporting front line leaders and workers providing primary health care to our community.
This is an interesting and varied role operating in a dynamic organisation. The QAS is accountable for the delivery of pre-hospital ambulance response services, emergency and non-emergency pre-hospital patient care and transport services, inter-facility ambulance transport, casualty room services, and planning and coordination of multi-casualty incidents and disasters.
You will work across a wide range of human resource functions including:

Working closely with stakeholders, you will provide leadership, coaching, and advisory services across the Region to influence and drive human resource initiatives and activities that are designed to improve workplace culture, align with organisational strategy, and continually improve workforce performance.
You will provide strategic and technical advice, support, and coaching in the application of the QAS human resource framework, building our leaders' capabilities and improving workforce performance.
