Location: Nottingham
Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver trauma-based learning programmes for students
* Provide individualised support to students who have experienced trauma
* Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a trauma-informed learning environment
* Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
* Support the emotional well-being of students through counselling and guidance
Minimum Requirements:
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Experience working with students who have experienced trauma
* Understanding of trauma-informed teaching practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments
* Strong empathy and patience when working with students
