The Role

As Finance Business Partner you'll be the financial expert driving sales and margin growth. You'll play a crucial role in shaping strategy with clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own the Commercial Finance, working directly with the operational and sales directors
2. Track and report daily margin performance vs budget at product group level, with weekly performance analysis.
3. Deliver sharp, insightful analysis on product and promo performance to drive margin growth, and challenge when needed.
4. Scenario plan for price and margin changes, forecasting their impact on sales and margin.
5. Partner with category managers to build budgets and forecasts for sales, margin, and commercial income.
6. Stay ahead of margin forecasts by understanding how current trading impacts budgets.
