Role Overview The Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering excellent customer service over the phone, via email, and in person. You will ensure smooth communication between clients and the practice, managing bookings, answering queries, and contributing to an outstanding client journey. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring a warm and professional response. Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using our booking system. Address client concerns or questions, providing accurate information about our treatments and services. Liaise with dental practitioners and other team members to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction. Support clients with finance applications and payment processes as required. Maintain and update client records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team. Uphold the company’s values by creating a welcoming and positive environment for all clients. Ideal Candidate Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a dental, healthcare, or luxury service setting. Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized with attention to detail. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using booking systems and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Personality: Friendly, professional, and empathetic with a client-focused approach.
