We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to support a Client Manager/ Director in providing a seamless and professional service to our customers. You will have many day-to-day responsibilities including quoting, CRM and order management as well as be the first point of contact for our customers with enquiries. JOB SPECIFICATION: Inside Sales Representative The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responding to customer needs and requirements Quoting and pipeline management Order and backorder management with customer inventory control CRM management to maintain accurate records of customer contact Managing inbound customer enquiries REQUIREMENTS: Inside Sales Representative We are looking for someone with sales experience or from a sales administration background. Familiarity with sales support functions and experience with solving customer issues is essential. Some knowledge of IT hardware and services would be an advantage.
