You will work closely with experienced teaching staff to provide academic and pastoral support to students with diverse needs. Emotional Support: Foster a supportive and nurturing relationship with students, offering emotional support and encouragement to build their confidence and self-esteem. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, parents, and external panels to ensure continuity of care and support for each child. Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of student progress and any incidents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
