The PMO will play a critical role in overseeing the project management office for our Dynamics 365 implementation project known as Highlander. This position will support our Data Team and the wider Highlander Programme team to ensure our tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
* Support the Data Migration Data Analysts, Data Quality Team & Data Management Director to monitor the detailed project plans, schedules, and ensure work is completed to the given timelines. Work with the wider team to ensure all project activities are tracked, reported to the team and milestones are met.
* Project Delivery: Maintaining work items and structure within Microsoft DevOps and SharePoint. Producing reports and dashboards as required from DevOps and assisting other team members to update their activities.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks within and relating to the Data Team.
* Set-up calls with stakeholders, progress chase and ensure tasks are closed off in a timely manner for the full Data Team.
* Change Management: Assist the Change Management team with activities as required. This may involve detailed planning of some key areas, communications and logistical arrangements for any site across the world that is part of the Highlander programme.
* Training: Coordinate logistical arrangements aligned to training plans in collaboration with the Change Management and PM teams.
* Reporting and Documentation: Assist with the preparation and presentation of regular status reports to senior management. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability and willingness to rapidly learn new tools and techniques in areas where not known (e.g. MS Project, DevOps, Power Bi, SQL Server views).
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or similar ERP or accounting systems.
