About the Role As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention through exceptional service and communication. You will keep clients updated with service changes, arrange and attend client review meetings both in person and online, provide training and support, and proactively address any challenges that may impact client retention. Identifying opportunities for upselling additional products and services will be key to your success, as will expanding usage across existing client accounts. Beyond account management, you will work closely with the Business Development team to identify, win, and retain new clients. This will involve securing opportunities through research, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, attending events, and following up on leads. You will be expected to monitor client data to identify risks and shifts in purchasing behaviour, manage your diary effectively, maintain accurate CRM records, and stay up to date with industry news and legislation. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and hospitality engagements will also be a key part of the role. About You You have a proven sales background within the Scottish property sector and can demonstrate consistent success in meeting and surpassing targets. Your experience in account management has given you a strong track record of client retention, revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. Confident in dealing with clients at all levels, from senior decision-makers to support staff, you are proactive, highly organised, and skilled at managing your own time and priorities. You are comfortable presenting to clients, prospects, and internal teams, with the ability to demonstrate technology platforms and communicate value effectively. A natural relationship builder, you excel at collaboration with colleagues across customer service and marketing to ensure a seamless client experience. Resilient under pressure, you remain professional and solution-focused in difficult situations. A fast learner with a commitment to ongoing personal development, you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment. You have experience using Microsoft Office applications and a CRM system, with Salesforce knowledge being an advantage. Living in the Central Belt of Scotland, you are able to attend the Glasgow office once a week and are comfortable working remotely and independently when required.
