Role Overview : As a Dynamics Developer at Celon, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics solutions that align with our clients' business processes. You will work with the team to customise, implement, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet the clients' specific needs and integrate seamlessly with their existing IT systems. Key Responsibilities : Customisation & Configuration : Develop, configure, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements of our clients. Integration : Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms. Development & Coding : Write clean, efficient code to implement features and functionality within Dynamics 365, including custom workflows, plugins, and reports. Support & Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics solutions, troubleshooting issues and delivering enhancements as required. Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to design solutions that align with business objectives and IT infrastructure. Testing & Deployment : Conduct testing of developed solutions to ensure proper functionality and deployment, working with quality assurance teams as needed. Documentation : Create clear and comprehensive documentation for all customisations and integrations to ensure smooth handover and future support. Client Engagement : Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand their business needs, and deliver solutions that provide measurable business value. Essential Skills & Experience : Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.). Proficiency in C# and JavaScript, with experience in developing custom workflows, plugins, and integrations within Dynamics 365. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 SDK and other tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, or cloud-based solutions). Understanding of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other cloud services that integrate with Dynamics. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including querying, reporting, and performance tuning. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
