Main Purpose OfThe Role & Responsibilities InThe Business:

Who we’re looking for?
Our Workday Marketing team are looking for motivated and confident self-starter with a growth mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers.
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads for our Workday SaaS ProductsGlobally. You’ll oversee all elements of campaign delivery as well as report and measure on success.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Develop integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiringmarketing sourced pipeline
2. Manage end-to-end campaign projects including, planning, execution, tracking and reporting
3. Deliver against marketing targets, produce regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of key marketing metrics set.
4. Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies and teams, such as designers, animators, and copywriters, who will help supportelements of campaign activity
5. Understanding buyer personas,pinpoints and challenges, and propose potential solutions via a range of awareness campaigns through to consideration.
6. Write, edit, and proofread copy for materials within marketing campaigns
7. Collaborate with stakeholders across SDR, sales, product, and pre-sales teams to assist in wider demand generation strategies.
8. Working with Marketing automation platforms, CRM and reporting toolsto deliver on campaigns.
9. Manage Paid Advertising Across campaigns and events, including optimization of ads and reporting on success.
Minimum (Essential) Requirements:
10. Educated to degree level, preferably in Marketing or a relevant business-related discipline
11. Minimum 2 years’ experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business results and meet objectives
12. Results driven with a good understanding of lead generation and how to progress leads through a marketing funnel
13. Demonstrable experience of marketing techniques like automation/nurtures, webinars, search, digital advertising, and physical events
14. Capable of managing the workload of self and team while operating in a highly competitive and pressurised environment while meeting deadlines
15. Ability to effectively communicate and build trusted relationships with various stakeholders (both internally and externally)
16. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
17. Prior experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a technology company
18. Experience of preparing and presenting content
19. Keen interest in technology, SaaS and industry trends
20. Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
