Job Title: Junior Video Editor Department: Marketing Location: Morton Park, Darlington DBS Check Required: Yes Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience) General Job Description: As we continue our exciting plans to innovate our apprenticeship programmes and delivery, we’re looking to grow our Video Team to strengthen our brand and curriculum video content. In this role, you’ll work as part of a team to edit and produce engaging video content for multiple audiences, including apprentices, employers and internal staff. To be successful in this role, you must be able to understand ideas and briefs and work creatively to produce the desired content. Role Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Shoot and edit engaging video (and audio) content Film external and internal shoots Bring scripts to life through creative, on-brand visuals Create motion graphics Review performance of video content Manage image/video requests Create shot lists/storyboards In-house photography Image retouching Work closely with the marketing and other internal teams Time & project management working towards multiple deadlines Essential Skills & Experience: Degree or Higher Education in Video, Film Production or Media Studies Exceptional video editing skills Post-production skills, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro Experience creating motion graphics, particularly Adobe After Effects Experience shooting videos Excellent photography and videography skills Experience managing multiple projects Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience creating e-learning video content Experience creating compelling, engaging content Knowledge of IT & Digital apprenticeships Our Benefits We’re passionate about you, your well-being, your performance, your development, and your overall experience at Baltic.
