Your new roleAs a Team Manager in the Safeguarding Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals within the Bromley community. You will lead and manage a dedicated team of social workers and other professionals, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure high standards of practice. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the assessment, planning, and delivery of safeguarding interventions.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and local policies.
* Collaborating with multi-agency partners to develop and implement effective safeguarding strategies.
