Job Description
Joining the firm based in their Taunton office as Technical and Training Senior / Assistant Manager, you will play a lead role in delivering practice assurance, compliance, technical support, and training. You will conduct training reviews for trainees and support the delivery of training topics across a wide range of technical issues. Your responsibilities will include developing technical training materials, overseeing and preparing technical content, performing quality checks, and conducting annual reviews. There will be opportunities to carve a key position within this growing office and progress in your career.
The Successful Applicant
For this Technical and Training Senior / Assistant Manager role, you will be ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified, with a career background developed within UK accountancy practice. You are likely to have a hands-on, client delivery-focused background as a qualified Senior or Assistant Manager.
