Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimatorto join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate estimates and tenders for mechanical projects, ensuring competitive and profitable bids in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand project scope.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical services, including plumbing, and pipework systems.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and labour.
Conduct risk analysis and ensure accurate cost forecasting.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design and project management, to develop comprehensive bids.
