As aRunner, you will play an important part in the organisation and smooth running of the store. An introductory role to the waiting team, you will support the front of house staff with the delivery of food to customers, cleaning and setting of tables, polishing and preparin g cutlery & china, loading the dishwasher and dismantling it when all the utensils are clean, and other tasks as assigned. You will pre-bus tables; maintaining table cleanliness and bus tables. Youre expected to maintain the cleanliness of all back of house areas at all times. You are also expected to carry out other duties that may be required to ensure the overall service is properly maintained to provide a total guest experience.
