More about the role & team
The Confluence Account Management team is seeking an account manager with demonstrable experience in developing relationships with key accounts while building and growing relationships to help expand and maintain our footprint in the UK & The Nordics. Your core focus will be managing a list of key accounts across asset managers, asset owners, service providers, and consultants with a goal of building and growing relationships with senior-level decision makers. Via solution selling, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Confluence’s solutions and services from portfolio analytics to regulatory and financial reporting solutions by making thoughtful recommendations to help clients achieve better business outcomes.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
You should ideally have over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, including a background in selling software solutions or data to financial institutions. However, candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience will also be considered. You must demonstrate a proven ability to cross-sell and up-sell within key accounts, as well as the capability to build and manage relationships at the C-level.
To be successful, you will have experience selling front, middle, and back office solutions at all levels. In return, you will have the ability and autonomy to sell multiple products to our UK & Nordics clients.

More about the Location
We offer flexible working options for all employees. You will be expected and welcome to work from our London office, overlooking St Paul's Cathedral, on a hybrid basis. The team currently meets in the office regularly on a Thursday.
