Provide strategic workforce advise and support through a. Effective workforce planning andrecruitment support to the division based on people and business data insights b. People data insights - interpreting and analysing data to plan targeted and effective next steps (including KPIs on e.g., discrimination, grievances or sickness) (working with the People Analytics team)Provide support on culture programmes across division (effective staff involvement, team working and engagement, staff well-being) Support change management processes and transformationSupport development of new models of working when required (e.g., through skill mix, role redesignor other new ways of working)Assist interpretation of conditions of employment and other contractual requirements Help design and deliver bespoke training interventions tailored to the division, if needed Support Implementation of organisational change programmes (working with the OD and Culture
