Senior Support Worker
Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate. With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

We are looking for a positive, energetic, organised, compassionate and proactive individual to join our team as Senior Support Worker. Covering our Millburn service, the ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of leading the House team on the day. We need someone with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload with the skill to produce rotas, supervise support staff on the floor, update care plans, complete good quality daily records, and complete all other required forms and records.

Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Shifts Available:
Shifts are – 8am-8pm
Week 1:
Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun
Week 2:
Wed, Thur, Fri

Location Information
Millburn is located in Cambuslang, on the outskirts of Glasgow. Our home offers residential support for 20 people with a variety of needs, including autistic adults and people with a learning disability. We can also support individuals with mental health and physical health needs. Our staff are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to increase their participation, independence, socialisation, and communication, so they can lead happy and healthy lives.
Disclosure
All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland, and the cost of this will be covered by Priory.
