Customer Service Advisor

I am delighted to be working with a leading commercial vehicles company, who due to expansion, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a permanent basis!
Working Hours:
1. 8.30-5pm (training period)
2. 9.00-5.30pm (after training)
3. Biweekly weekend work per rota (8.30-1pm)
The role:
1. First point of contact for customers
2. Processing bookings / services
3. Updating customer and vehicle database
4. Managing customer accounts and providing high level of customer service
5. Inbound and outbound sales calls
6. General administration
7. Other ad hoc duties as required
About you:
1. Previous customer service / sales support experience
2. Good IT skills
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
