Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Chelmsford.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

You will be supporting them with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning, going out in the community to do their shopping or to take part in activities they wish to do, and travelling to and from appointments. There will be some moving and handling.
You will be working with a small team who have known the gentlemen for years and are therefore very experienced.
