We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to work at our MRF site in LE3, Leicester. You will be supporting the Operations Department to continuously develop the company’s operation and administration function. The working hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Role and responsibilities:
* Administration support for the Operations Team including but not limited to – sampling data; pick rates; production reports; HR and Health & Safety issues.
* Auditing and maintaining the company ISO Management System documentation.
* Producing Production spreadsheets for KPI reports.
* Co-ordinating meetings and supporting documentation including minute taking.
* Maintaining SSR documentation including- Focus, time sheets, pick rates and producing minutes from the monthly meetings.
* Helping with the preparation and dispatching of reports or information relating to company operations and production.
* Maintaining and auditing Focus reports collating weekly reports for production employees.
* Support the Operations Team in the ordering and purchasing of goods/stock and services through the company’s purchase order system including invoicing.
* Meet any production visitors at the reception, completing all the paperwork before calling the relevant manager.
* Ensure compliance with relevant Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
* Understand the need to keep business-related information confidential.
* Provide support to the Maintenance Administrator in their absence.
* Carry out other tasks and duties as required appropriate to the role.
Essential skills/qualifications:
* Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
* Experience of using programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Previous administration experience.
* Flexibility with working hours.
* Attention to detail.
