Position: Account Executive
Location: Hemswell Cliff, Lincolnshire (commutable from Lincoln, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Gainsborough & Doncaster)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 per annum
Bonuses: Role-specific non-contractual bonuses available

Your Role as a Sales Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service while identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in customer retention and business development, working closely with internal teams to support commercial success.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Account Executive:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
2. Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, processing orders efficiently.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
4. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving annual sales targets.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer journey.
6. Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain accurate documentation.
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Account Executive
Experience: Proven track record as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in FMCG and/or Retail is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Mindset: A strategic thinker with a customer-first approach and a passion for exceeding expectations.
