Class teacher and SENCO
The Headteacher and Governing Body of St Andrew's C of E Primary School are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and effective teacher/SENCo to work in our happy and successful school.
The successful candidate must have the following:
* A passion for teaching and learning and the ability to inspire children
* High expectations that promote excellent learning and outcomes for children
* The ability to teach creatively and be an excellent classroom practitioner
* The skills to ensure children have fun and promote a love of learning
* The ability to promote confidence and ensure children are happy
* Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum with particular specialism within a core subject
* Ability to provide staff training and support within a core subject or key area
* Experience of working with wider agencies
* The ability to work as a team and communicate effectively
* The ability to build strong support networks
* A commitment to on-going training to gain the National SENCo Award
* A commitment to the Christian ethos of the school and inclusive nature
