Key Responsibilities

* Ensure operational efficiency of the branch with appropriate controls to support a customer-first experience.
* Collaborate as part of the Fleet team with a customer-focused attitude.
* Maintain a safety-first environment at all times.
* Enhance customer experience by improving returns, credits, and warranty processes, ensuring frictionless retail counter support.
* Support the retail counter to uphold retail standards and deliver customer experience excellence.
* Manage pick-to-manifest times and meet service level agreements to deliver customer-first service.
* Assist with deliveries when needed, supporting growth through excellent customer service and SLAs.
* Consistently deliver a best-in-class service to foster customer loyalty.
