Job Title: IT Support Specialist - ResX360 Project Location: Bristol, United Kingdom (Hybrid Working) Day Rate: £300 (Inside IR35) Job Type: 6 Month Contract I am seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for the ResX360 project. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Intune for device setup, deployment, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing excellent user support. Job Responsibilities/Objectives Provide technical support for the ResX360 project, ensuring smooth deployment and troubleshooting of IT systems. Utilise Intune for device setup, configuration, deployment, and issue resolution. Depending on workload, assist in IT Service Desk operations, including managing incidents, service requests, and user account administration. Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support, ensuring efficient issue resolution and a positive user experience. Ensure compliance and security, following IT policies, managing access control, and supporting vulnerability patching initiatives. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows, macOS, Office 365, and other business-critical applications. Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring seamless IT setup for new starters and leavers. Contribute to continuous service improvement, identifying trends and common issues to enhance IT support efficiency. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Proven experience in IT support and device management, particularly using Microsoft Intune. Strong understanding of Windows and macOS environments, Office 365, and enterprise applications. Experience managing IT Service Desk tickets, incidents, and service requests. Knowledge of IT security principles, including access control, compliance, and patch management. Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
