We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a highly talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and fun team! As a Territory Sales Manager in the ENT team, you will be a key member of a successful sales team committed to improving patient care and outcomes through our products. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing excellent customer service and patient focus.
You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, as well as procurement and finance professionals. Your duties will include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, clinical staff training, and supporting cases in operating theatres.
The covered territory includes Scotland and North East England. Ideally, the manager will reside within this territory.

Requirements
* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
* Proven success in medical device sales and capital sales
* Ownership mindset with results focus
* Drive and desire to succeed
* Alignment with our values: Integrity, Accountability, People, Performance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen, preferably with NHS/private sector knowledge
* English proficiency
* Valid driver’s license
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
