Job Description
* Generate new business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
* Handle customer enquiries, providing high levels of service.
* Develop in-depth product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
* Participate in team meetings and sales training to refine sales strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
* Monitor and report on retail market trends.
* Achieve sales targets set by the management team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Internal Sales Representative should have:
* Proven customer service and sales experience.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
