The Occupational Therapist will provide individual therapy sessions and contribute to the therapeutic environment across schools. They will lead staff training on occupational therapy strategies, interventions, and key theories, while promoting the Schools brand and vision. The role focuses on integrating therapy and learning, supporting pupils' emotional and physical well-being using approaches like Zones of Regulation and Sensory Integration. The therapist will collaborate with colleagues to address pupils' complex needs and challenging behaviors, providing one-on-one, small group, or class support as required.
