The Role

Job title: HR Advisor
Location: Head Office, E4 7RW (regular travel to other offices will feature)
Working Times: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, dependant on experience
Equipment provided: Laptop, company mobile

Your Skills and Experience
This is primarily an operational HR Advisor role, undertaking highly practical, people-based activities across the Kinovo Group and supporting the Group HR Manager. You will be/have:
• CIPD Level 5 Qualified : Candidates should have completed Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 5 qualification, or possess equivalent experience that qualifies them for this role.
• Operational HR Experience : Candidates should have prior hands-on HR experience, especially in the construction or building services industries.
• Employee Relations (ER) Knowledge : A solid understanding of employee relations, including the practical ability to manage conflicts, disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace disputes.
Working within a small HR Team, you will be involved in:
• Performance Management
• Disciplinaries
• Appraisals
• Recruitment
• Staff development training
• A variety of ER issues at any one time across the Group
• Co-ordinate employee well-being initiatives
• Participate in various Social Value activities including attendance at Recruitment Fairs
