Academic Appointments are looking for individuals who have experience of working with children with challenging behaviour to work in a Secondary School in Keighley.
The role is full time, and will be from Feb 25 to July 25 in the first instance. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be required to work with pupils on a individual basis and small groups. You will be required to support pupils with a range of abilities and support the class teacher, in particular as a behaviour support worker you will work with those children who display challenging behaviours.
Requirements
Ability to work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Strong behaviour management skills
Previous experience of working with challenging behaviour
2x references
A valid DBS or willing to obtain
