Job Description
The Deals Marketing Analyst will work within the Deals & Business Consulting team specifically supporting our corporate finance, valuations and modelling, transactions advisory services teams. The role has a large focus on deals marketing and working with stakeholders on collation and presentation of our transactions data.
Deal analysis & marketing process
* Co-ordinates the league table submissions process for the deals business with daily actions and quarterly deadlines.
* Manages the deals marketing process across the service line, proactively working with stakeholders to ensure uptake across web/ecomms/social amongst other platforms.
* Uses various data and information platforms and handles a continual flow of deal data.
* Prepares deal data for bids and pursuits.
* Acts as a single point of deal data for the service line including half year and year end stats.
* Feeds into the sector strategy where required.
* Maintains our external credentials library.
* Continual thinking around how to improve or optimise any processes internally.
* Provides social media support across the deals business, particularly championing deal marketing across social platforms.
* Supports the development & implementation of deals data across member firms.
Deals Marketing
* Supports the service line team with the implementation of the marketing strategy and forms links with other service lines, sectors and market teams.
* Provides project support to the team on initiatives and campaigns where necessary.
* Works with the digital team, to provide the business with appropriate, relevant and rapid turnaround e-communications for each sector and to ensure best use of the internet in marketing initiatives.
* Where required provides direct support with event management including exhibition support, seminars and dinners both virtual and in person.
* Supports on delivery of internal communications.
* Helps to deliver regular deal initiatives including podcasts, service line events, sponsored programmes, content insights and awards amongst others.
A look into the role
As a Deals Marketing Analyst, your role will include:
* Familiarity with working in a corporate environment or professional services organisation.
* Supporting the business in the creation of deal marketing packs, getting sign off and quotes from clients, logging all information in systems, creating digital deal credentials on our website, monitoring and following up on late submissions, and ensuring we are kept up to date on all deal marketing activity.
* Proven experience in a similar role within B2B or professional services, working within a marketing function.
* Comfortable working with M&A and transactional deal data, from multiple sources, Office 365, SharePoint and content management platforms.
* Deadline driven, process orientated and diligent in your approach.

* Experience of using data visualisation tools like Power BI.
* Knowledge management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
* A confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
