Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
1. Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

3. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories, identifying any changes in condition that require attention.
4. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-treatment care.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
6. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
7. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
1. Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
2. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
3. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
4. Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
6. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. A compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to promoting health and well-being.
