The Innovate Out of Hospital Team is seeking to recruitan ICT Project Manager on an 18 month fixed-term contract. The primarypurpose of the role is to support the delivery of the Coventry &Warwickshire Integrated Care Record (ICR) programme. The ICR is anambitious programme of work that is focused upon improving patient carethrough the sharing of clinical data between and across health and social carepartners in Coventry & Warwickshire. TheDigital Transformation Team Delivery offers agile working, enabling a mix ofremote working and onsite. It will beexpected this role will work on any GEH and SWFT site as the project/s demand;examples are system go lives, team meetings, face to face meetings with projectteams and individual members as delivery and good practice demands. In addition, this role will work acrossWarwickshire and all other customers as required.
Main duties of the job
To be the accountable person for implementation of significant ICTprojects of strategic importance, dealing with complex situations which requireanalysis, interpretation and comparison of a range of options. Responsible for planning and managing theanalysis, design and implementation of these projects, highlighting benefitsand identifying who is to deliver in accordance with the project plans.Responsible for presenting highly complex and potentially contentiousinformation to senior stakeholders and large groups. Prince 2 Practitioner qualification isessential.

Project Management
1. Lead and ensure the successful implementation of designatedprojects.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outliningmilestones, accountability, and progress monitoring.
3. Resolve project related issues and escalate unresolved issues asnecessary.
4. Prepare project documentation including Briefs and ProjectInitiation documents, using approvals to proceed.
Strategy
5. To ensure project delivery is in line within therelevant organisational Digital Strategies particularly with key delivery principles.
6. To deliver new solutions within the context of widerservice improvement programmes, the EPR programme and service and strategicpriorities.
7. Have an awareness of the ICB Digital Strategy andunderstand the interdependencies across organisations and digital programmes ofwork.
8. To assist with and/or develop Business Cases and fundingbids.
9. Identify opportunities, resources and obtaincommitment for other information system projects that offer benefits to the DigitalTransformation and EPR Programmes.
Skillsand Training
10. To liaise with the Training and Change Teams to ensurethat the change management and training elements meet the needs of theimplementation plan and assurance of quality.
11. To manage the delivery of new digital solutions whilemanaging stakeholders and suppliers, ranging from clinical, operational throughto IT technical teams and external companies.
12. To ensure high quality communication and engagementplans are developed and implemented appropriately.
Research & Development
13. To plan and manage change activities within theproject, that includes establishing baselines for change working closely withchange and training teams, and clinical and operational users.
14. To ensure that acceptance testing is performed in linewith the project plan.
15. To work with key stakeholders to ensure that there isclear understanding of the problems and commitment to the proposed solutions.

16. To ensure that PRINCE2 and/or alternative projectmanagement principles are followed within the projects, and to promote theseprinciples to others within the project team as appropriate.

18. To develop a project communications strategy andensure that effective communications regarding the project take place, targetedas appropriate to all relevant audiences.

20. To involve clinical and operational managers to ensurethat analysis and implementation stages of the project are fully supported byclinical and operational staff.

22. Educated to degree level or equivalent, and/or IT qualification.
23. PRINCE2 Project Management Qualification.

Experience
