They are seeking a newly qualified (NQ) solicitor to join their highly regarded Commercial Property team in their Manchester office. Role Overview: As an NQ Solicitor in the Commercial Property team, you will play a key role in supporting a wide variety of clients, including major national and international businesses, property developers, investors, and public sector organizations. You will assist with a broad range of commercial property matters, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions and complex legal issues.This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious lawyer to develop their expertise in commercial property law and work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and developments. Draft and negotiate key commercial property documents, including leases, sale and purchase agreements, and development agreements. Assist in handling complex property matters, including multi-million-pound transactions and large-scale developments. Collaborate closely with senior team members to provide strategic advice to clients across various sectors. Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Support the team with research and due diligence on commercial property matters. Contribute to the continued growth and development of the commercial property team by taking an active role in business development and client marketing initiatives. Person Specification: Qualified solicitor (0-3 years' PQE) with experience or strong interest in commercial property law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively. Strong drafting and analytical skills. Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. A team player, eager to contribute to the success and growth of the firm.
