The Finance department exists to manage all financial processes and decisions at Roke, and enable the business to operate effectively and with minimum disruption.

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities
* Credit controller for the business, managing collection of cash from customers
* Responsible for Accounts Payable with postings of supplier invoices and administration of suppliers
* Manage and process employee expenses once approved in Concur
* Maintain cashbook
* Prepare and submit supplier payment runs in conjunction with Reporting Business Partner
* Undertake any ad-hoc finance department duties: petty cash, office records archiving, etc
* Undertake such other reasonable duties, commensurate with the job holder’s experience and qualifications, as may be required for the smooth operation of the business
Education and Qualifications
* Relevant finance certification (CIMA or AAT) or working towards one
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Experience of posting receipts and payments in the general ledger
* Experience with dealing with supplier queries and processing
* Experience of SAP necessary

You'll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking an on-site gym and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring.
