Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality English and Maths functional skills outreach sessions to a diverse range of learners
* Develop and tailor teaching materials to meet the specific needs of each individual or group
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a coordinated and effective learning experience
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress reports
Required Qualifications:
A recognised teaching qualification
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience:
Previous experience in delivering English and Maths functional skills training
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of curriculum development and delivery
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
* Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in adult education or relevant subject areas
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site at students homes within the East of England. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate learners' schedules.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
