Role expectations in the first year: Successfully complete a structured induction plan, gaining confidence in patient treatment. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, referring patients as needed. Manage a varied caseload, including Swift, Clearanail, nail surgery, and biomechanical assessments. Engage in regular performance reviews and training to enhance clinical skills. Participate in team activities and professional development initiatives. Candidate requirements: HCPC-registered podiatrist with a degree in Podiatry. Full driving license and access to a vehicle. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
