Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 and Group Interventions)
Contract: Long-term, with potential to go permanent
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Do you want to make a real difference in a small, welcoming primary school set in a beautiful village setting? We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team!
The Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with individual students or small groups, providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential. You'll play a crucial role in:
* Supporting children with a variety of special educational needs
* Leading 1:1 and group interventions
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
* Promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
* Experience with SEN students (ideally in a school setting)
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* A passion for helping children overcome challenges and achieve success
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and small groups
