Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating systems. This role requires proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting. The Heating Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that heating systems operate efficiently and safely in various settings.
Responsibilities
1. Install, maintain, and repair heating systems in residential and commercial properties.
2. Assemble components using hand tools and power tools with precision.
3. Conduct regular inspections of heating systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
4. Plumb heating systems according to specifications and regulations.
5. Perform heavy lifting tasks associated with the installation and maintenance of heating equipment.
6. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Experience
1. Proven experience as a Heating Engineer or in a similar role is preferred.
2. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
3. Experience with heavy lifting tasks is necessary for this position.
