We're seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Coordinator to support our FMCG Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive company culture and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department. Description Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organising team building activities Ensure compliance with laws and regulations Profile A successful HR Coordinator should have: A degree in Human Resources or related field CIPD level 3 qualified Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labour laws Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach Job Offer A competitive salary ranging from £22,500 to £27,500 per annum 1 day a week from home A professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for personal and professional growth We encourage all candidates who believe they could bring value to our FMCG team as an HR Coordinator to apply.
