Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised, communicative, and self-motivated Projects Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This part-time role is essential to ensuring smooth project operations, from initiation through to completion. As a Projects Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and co-workers, scheduling resources, and preparing comprehensive project documentation.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage project schedules and timelines.
2. Regularly liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are up to date.
4. Allocate and schedule resources effectively.
5. Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks.
6. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
7. Communicate project updates and status reports to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
4. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong attention to detail.
Salary & benefits:
* Hours: 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
* Up to 30K FTE dependent on experience
* 22 days (plus BH) holiday PA rising to 30
