The Solicitor is hybrid and Conveyancer is office based.
It is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of property transactions and help clients and the company navigate the complexities of bridging and buy-to let finance.
Property Finance Solicitor Key Responsibilities:
* Advise internally at board level, and clients on all aspects of bridging finance and property transactions.
* Conduct due diligence and manage property documentation.
* Negotiate contracts and liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
* Provide clear, timely communication throughout the transaction process.
* Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting bridging finance.
Conveyancer Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
* Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients on all aspects of property law.
* Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies throughout the process.
* Handle client queries professionally and maintain excellent client relationships.
* Manage a case-load efficiently, meeting deadlines and targets.
Property Finance Solicitor / Conveyancer Qualifications:
* Qualified solicitor or Conveyancer with a focus on property law.
* Proven experience in bridging finance or related areas.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
