We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Support Executive to join our client's growing team in Warrington. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role supporting key functions across Sales, HR, Business Administration, Facilities, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, technically proficient, and confident working with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive sales support, including preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and supporting the sales team with client communications.

Carry out a variety of administrative tasks to support HR, project teams, and general operations.
*
Support HR processes, including maintaining records, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, and coordinating training.
*
Assist in the coordination of facilities management, including contractor liaison, compliance documentation, and supplier relationship management.
*
Support project management activities, maintaining trackers, updating project documentation, and liaising with relevant teams.
*
Create and manipulate reports using advanced Excel skills, pulling data from internal systems and presenting it clearly for business use.
*
Use a variety of technical systems and platforms – with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools.
*
Write, implement, and maintain policies, processes, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
*
Raise and process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
*
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
*
Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services, with the ability to relay key information as needed.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in a business support, sales admin, project coordination, or similar role.
*
Strong technical skills and confidence using multiple systems; experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) is essential.
*
A process-oriented mindset with the ability to write and improve procedures.
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*
Ability to work independently with initiative, while also being an effective team player.
*
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*
Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Salary £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
