To ensure that each service user receives the appropriate care to their individual needs. To ensure the provision of health care arrangements, which may include the ordering, recording and, where appropriate, the administration of prescribed medications. on-call rota with Deputy Manager. 40 hours a week Person Specification: Essential Criteria At least two years’ experience in a senior management capacity within the previous five years. A management qualification or a degree in health & social care or care equivalent to NVQ level 5. Able to take responsibility Leadership skills. Self-motivated. Organised. Flexible. Caring.
