Reporting to our Content Lead, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of business content offerings that orient around the Foundation’s 2030 Strategy, whilst being closely tailored to the needs of our Network, particularly our business partners. You will also have responsibility for line management of relevant team members within the Content Team and you should evidence strong skills in pedagogy, entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to manage a team and a budget. Specific role responsibilities include: Portfolio Development Develop and oversee the Foundation’s portfolio of offerings for our Network partnerships responding to identified audience needs, whilst aligning with Strategy and reinforcing Business Network Value proposition with a particular focus on our learning products. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify, scope and deliver new commercial opportunities beyond the core learning portfolio. Portfolio Management Manage the creation of materials that effectively support organisations in their wider employee engagement around the topic of circular economy and inspire and equip key audiences to participate in the move to a circular economy. Work with a team of project managers, learning designers and other content creators to introduce effective content journeys and a methodology that underpins the portfolio and helps move our audiences from inspiration to action. Budget Management Manage relevant budgets, working closely with our Network team to build products, content and experiences that support our value proposition and generate scalable and sustainable sources of new revenue. Relationship and Project Management Engage and manage relationships with key partners, oversee development of project plans and manage project risks across the portfolio. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including the Foundation’s Network Insights, Digital comms and content teams to set and execute ambitious objectives. Line management and team development Line management of team members ensuring key deliverables are effectively met and managing the team’s wider learning and development. Coordinate team members who work on data analysis and ensure that they provide timely reporting, analyse results from this quantitative and qualitative research, and adapt the programme content accordingly. Your profile: Degree level qualifications in business, economics, science, engineering, or other relevant disciplines is essential. Circa 10 years’ relevant professional experience in creating professional learning offerings with evidence of partnering internationally with businesses at a senior level. Experience of managing a diverse team is essential. Demonstrated experience in: Creating commercial learning propositions, working with digital learning content and technology Budget management and reporting to external and internal stakeholders. Project management with proven capability of managing multiple projects in parallel with tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality results, and effectively collaborating with various internal functions and departments. Relationship management, particularly in the context of global, multi-stakeholder initiatives; the ability to interact effectively with individuals at various management levels across a variety of organisations and geographies. ICT skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Confident hosting, facilitating, and presenting skills engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the Foundation externally, including excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to work well under pressure and deal effectively with high work volumes typical in the build-up to milestone moments. Desired starting date: ASAP Closing date: 18th October 2024 Salary range: circa £60k per annum dependent on experience.
